All children have the same rights

Every person under the age of eighteen is a child under the law (except in certain countries where legal adulthood begins earlier). (Article 1)

All children have the same rights, whatever their origin, race, colour, sex, language, religion, capacities, whatever opinions they or their parents hold, and whatever their economic, familial or social situation. (Article 2)
